Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) enhances account security by requiring a second verification step in addition to your password during sign-in. After entering your password, you must provide a time-based verification code generated by an authenticator application, following RFC 6238.
This additional factor ensures that access to your account requires both something you know (your password) and something you possess (your authentication device).
2FA (Two-Factor Authentication) or MFA?
2FA can be enabled in the account settings.
Follow the Enable 2FA link. Click Set up, use an authenticator app or browser extension to scan the QR code, enter the Authentication code and submit by activate button.
From now on, all device logins require that second factor
2FA (Two-Factor Authentication) recovery
If you lose access to your 2FA device, follow the account recovery process—just like with a forgotten password. To start, visit the Forgot password page and follow the instructions. If you're unable to recover access, please contact our support team for further assistance.
